Bluewaters Island is currently one of the most fashionable areas of Dubai. The island is located in alluvial areas opposite the Dubai Marina area. The island was opened in 2018. Due to its location, developed infrastructure and incredible species characteristics, in 5 years the island has become a popular location for living and recreation. The island's territory is divided into five zones: residential, commercial, entertainment, hotel and beach. The center of attraction, of course, is the world's tallest Ferris wheel - Ain Dubai, as well as the Bluewaters Wharf cluster, where landmark conferences, exhibitions, and festivals are held.
