Downtown is the central district, one of the most dynamic in Dubai. The offices of global companies and the main attractions of Dubai are concentrated here: the Burj Khalifa skyscraper, the largest Dubai Mall and the Dubai Fountain. The area is made in the shape of a rectangle, along it runs the Sheikh Zayed Road highway. Downtown Dubai is considered a convenient area for pedestrians. Picturesque boulevards and dizzying skyscrapers are the hallmark of the area. Real estate in the area is mainly represented by apartments with panoramic views of the Burj Khalifa Tower in high-rise buildings. The central location of Downtown with walking distance to the city infrastructure makes the area the most attractive for living.
